Corinium lettings is entirely owned by Mother and Son team Carolyn and Stuart Homewood. Carolyn and Stuart let their first house out in Oxfordshire in 2010 and have since grown a portfolio of properties; they only manage properties which they own. Carolyn, who previously managed a 20 strong sales team, looks after the tenants and properties day to day, whilst Stuart, whose background is in project development, focuses on acquisition, refurbishment and maintenance. Carolyn and Stuart work closely with trusted and reliable contractors ensuring that if something needs to be addressed quickly, then this happens without delay.

 

Carolyn and Stuart own and let a mixture of properties from family houses to student lets, including some Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO). In all cases properties, processes and documentation are all fully compliant with all current legislation. Corinium Lettings is confident that tenants find their properties to be well-maintained and good value which may explain why many of their tenants often stay beyond the original term of their tenancy.
